Has 36in flattop gas grill, 3 eye gas counter top cooking rack, 3.5ft chest freezer, gas water heater, 2 - 20gal lp gas tanks, 15 gal gray water tank, 3 - 6 gal fresh water tanks, electric water pump, 30amh lithium battery, hand wash sink, large plastic tote with 6 in SS "half" pans, lids, wind break and other assorted items. New wheel hubs, bearings and grease, like new tires (2 yrs - looks new), bed liner paint sprayed entire frame, corner leveler Jack's, new LED lights & wiring, Apply power source and go to WORK!
