This is a specialized tester used by telecom technicians to locate the position of open and split faults in copper cables.

Unfortunately, I have no way of testing it so sold as-is. It comes complete with test leads and the instruction booklet.

The outer case has obvious signs of use but is in good condition and internally, it is in excellent condition.
