My buyer is targeting residential properties, anything needing a full renovation to a house needing just minor TLC and everything in between. Looking in North Hillsborough, North Pinellas, Pasco down to Citrus county.
For any properties you send me that are off market, before being listed, I am able to give you my commission so you double what you make or it can be taken off the deal for the net to be better for the seller. Either way works as long as it is contracted prior to going into MLS.
