I have a nice drivers side, rust free door that was removed from a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 PU. AI says it fits 2003 to 2008 and some 2002, and all quad cab 1500, 2500, and 3500 models. Door is complete including exterior handle, door glass, operational regulator, all wiring for PW, PDL, and PM. lkq sells for 80+11 core and you have to pull it. Asking $55. Call Tony, leave message.
