Candidates must have highly proficient skill in organization, decision making and follow through to achieve daily goals in assisting the Portfolio Manager.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service and computer skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point.
-take and distribute accurate messages
-monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
-maintain office filing
-update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
-retrieve information when requested
-type documents, reports and correspondence
-organize appointments and schedule
-perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
