Well-established commercial landscape maintenance company is hiring dependable and experienced Foremen and Crew Members. Year-round work available servicing Tampa and surrounding areas.
📍 Central Meeting Point: Plant City
📍 Work Locations: Tampa & surrounding areas
Pay: $16–$22+ per hour (based on experience/position)
Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
• Operating zero-turn, stand-on, and push mowers
• Using edgers, trimmers (weed whackers), and blowers
• Weed control: hand pulling and spraying
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Mulching and general landscape upkeep
• Commercial property maintenance
• Basic irrigation repairs (fixing leaks, broken heads, minor line issues)

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance
• Must know how to perform basic irrigation repairs
• Reliable transportation to the Plant City meeting point required
• Must be able to safely drive a work truck and back up with a trailer
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Ability to perform physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs)
• Dependable and punctual

Foreman Requirements:
• Must have experience operating a bucket truck (required)
• Ability to lead a crew and manage daily job routes
• Strong communication and job site organization
