We are hiring a dependable and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to service primarily screen-enclosed residential pools (approximately 90% screened) in the Land O’ Lakes, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, and Lutz areas.
This position offers a consistent weekly route that currently takes approximately 26–28 hours per week to complete, making it ideal for a motivated technician who works efficiently and takes pride in quality service.
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance
-Test and balance pool chemicals
-Empty skimmer and pump baskets
-Brush pool surfaces, vacuum pools, and remove debris
-Visually inspect pool equipment and report repair needs
-Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment
-Provide professional and courteous customer interactions
Requirements:
-Previous pool maintenance technician experience required
-Clean driving record (must be insurable to drive company vehicle)
-Ability to pass a background screening
-Must be physically able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, lift, and maneuver in tight spaces
-Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Schedule:
-Weekly pay: $700+ per week (based on experience and performance)
-Current route workload: approximately 26–28 hours per week
-Company truck
-Consistent service area in the North Tampa region
