Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to be trained in our Patch Area within the Shipping Department. This role will work closely with our current Patcher and receive hands-on training in all proper procedures for panel repairs as needed.
Responsibilities:
Train under the current Patcher to learn panel repair techniques and procedures
Perform repairs on panels to meet quality and shipping standards
Move efficiently between repair tasks throughout the workday
Communicate clearly with the Shipping Supervisor and Foreman regarding repair needs and task priorities
Meet strict repair deadlines consistently, with no exceptions
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
Requirements:
Physically active and comfortable moving between tasks throughout the day
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and meet firm deadlines
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and be trained
