Lonerock 62" floor lamp by Trent Austin Design. It takes "5" 40 watt bulbs which gives off a lot of light. Has a foot switch to turn on and off. The metal finish is satin nickel. The cage part of the light tilts in all directions. I only used this a few times and then moved to a place where I don't have anywhere to use it. This lamp sells for $209.95 on Wayfair.
Although this looks like a fan...it is not.
