Please see pictures for any descriptions. I used the machine a 1/2 dozen times. Had no problems with it at all. I never had to use any of the paperwork, because I had the use of my rep. The Reps card and the company's card for customer service are included in the carrying case as shown. I saw the questions from other people on eBay, and referred to the manual. You cannot sell the medical device itself on eBay. The battery is meant for one person's usage. That battery probably I assume we'll have to change, so the electronics record to your own physician or rep.
