Duties:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons across all core subjects, including math,
reading, writing, science, social studies, and Bible.
Integrate Christian values, prayer, and Biblical principles into all areas of instruction and
classroom management.
Foster a safe, respectful, and spiritually nurturing classroom environment.
Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative tools; maintain
accurate records of grades and evaluations.
Use hands-on, interactive learning strategies including the use of writable surfaces and
manipulatives.
Participate in weekly Chapel services and lead class-specific devotions and prayers.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and
spiritual growth.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, aides, and administration to support the academic and
spiritual development of each student.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Elementary Education, Linguistics or a closely
related field. Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional
credentials determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service.
Experience:
3 years of experience as an elementary teacher or a closely related occupation.
Hours:
Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week
Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (30mins lunch).
