Overall jacket is in very good condition.
NO PETS / NON-SMOKING HOME.
NO Padding in sleeves. I am assuming the jacket was washed at some point because the padding in the sleeves was disintegrated, so I removed it.
I had planned on putting new padding in, but figured I would leave it for the new owner to decide on what padding they wanted to use.
The Recon jacket qualifies as a Personal Reflective Device and meets U.S. Military, on base riding requirements.
