The leather-like fabric on this chair is in like-new condition. No tears, rips, or peeling. The head pillow and the back support pillow are present and accounted for.
The hydraulic gas spring to change the chair height is still functional as well as the reclining feature and the pull-out leg supports.
The 5 casters all roll fine and are noise-free.
One of the 2 original armrests broke and so both armrests have been have been replaced with the ones shown. In my opinion these are actually sturdier than the originals. Like the originals the new ones have up/down adjustment. Plus the armrest can be turned inward or outward about 20 degrees.
The last 2 pictures are images are of the broken original armrest. The 2 original armrests are included with the chair.
