I have a 2016 23 ft trailer for trade of a mobile home with a low lot rent. Can be a handyman special. I am selling my trailer for $8,000. When I say low lot rent, I mean $6-750 a month lot rent. Maybe even $800-850 with water and sewer included. If the home has a large Florida room for storage. If you could decide to stay here on this spot in this park; you would do well. The lot rent is one of the lowest EV parks in the county and one of the few that still has year leases available. There are mobile home parks that have RV’s in them but still charge more money and the location isn’t as good and safe. Seminole is one of the best towns in the county to live in. This location is great with all premium shopping nearby. Close to the ocean! This makes this RV a good deal in itself. So right now I don’t want to go down on the asking price. No one has offered me the asking price and don’t realize what is involved. This is the park to be in if you want to stay in a park. If you want to travel then you should buy a new one not a used one.
