We’re currently hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME Call Center Agents for day time shifts. We are open 9am to 9pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
● Positive attitude with a great personality
● Excellent verbal/written communication
● Good data entry and typing skills
● Experience with CRMs, dialer system, call center technology
● Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
● Must enjoy being on the phone and talking to people for the duration of the work day
• Highspeed Internet (at least 20 mb/s download speed) – must be hardwired
• No Background noise while working and speaking to a consumer
• You will need to have a Home Office or a quiet place in your residence where you can make (and take calls) without being interrupted
• You need to have access to a computer (Mac or PC) and the use, preferably, of a headset so that you can hear and be heard more clearly
• This is a Contract Position, 1099 Form, employment opportunity
• Manage your daily and weekly schedule to 3+ days a week, and a minimum of 4 hours per day
• Previous experience preferred, Sales, Service, Contact Center, Telemarketing.
• Follow-up, via telephone, with consumers who request information from our network of websites
• Transfer interested prospects to one of our Partners / Clients via warm-hand-off
• Document and finalize call information accurately and consistently
• Communicate with management daily and regularly
• Select a shift and commit to it long term, communicate any changes needed
• Follow agreed upon standard operating procedures
• Compensation is $10 per hour Plus $1.50 per transfer made (average of 1, 2 transfers per hour after initial training period)
• Online Training provided (Tutorial, Role Playing, Videos, and one-on-one time)
• We use “Slack” to openly communicate with one another – frequently, daily, and as needed
• Keep in mind most prospects we communicate with have already responded positively or have already visited one of our web sites
• Our goal is to help you succeed and grow our Virtual Contact Center
• High school+
• AA / BA / BS a Plus
