Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in the Pinellas Park / St Pete area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for outdoor sales and will assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about our inventory, and help them select the best materials for their projects. Daily tasks include building and maintaining positive customer relationships, managing sales transactions, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized showroom and staying updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
Customer service and relationship-building skills to assist clients and provide excellent service
Sales experience, including handling transactions and achieving targets
Product knowledge or familiarity with natural stone, quartz, or related materials is advantageous
Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members
Organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly showroom
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus
