Skoolie built on a 2002 Thomas Built (Freightliner chassis) with ~205k miles on a Caterpillar 3126B engine that was torn down and rebuilt after purchasing from auction and the engine runs fine. Roof raise was done to allow for over 7 feet of clearance inside bringing the outside height to just over 11 feet. Have driven from Florida to Colorado and places in between with this, use as an RV or rent it out on your property for passive income. I have the workshop manual for the bus for any maintenance and repairs that may be needed in the future as well as the manual for the engine.
