Club Demonstrion Services (CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring and supervision of in store Product Demonstrors. You will oversee product preparion and presention, training and provide superb service to all Club members. This position requires strong communicion between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrors including participion in new locion grand openings.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparion and presention, including food safety and sanition.
• Train Product Demonstrors in demonstrion preparion and excellent customer services.
• Communice between multiple manager, vendors and demonstrors.
• Participe in new locion grand openings as required.

Requirements:

• High school educion or equivalent.
• Two to four years of reled experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communicion skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Able to coach and counsel employees, take correct measures as needs.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
