Sales Support Representative

compensation: TBD - based upon experience

Stoneworks LTD is a regional fabrication firm with operations in 3 states. We are searching for a Sales Support Representative in the Largo, Florida location who has the competencies, knowledge and successes to drive efficiencies and develop relationships with key market players resulting in revenue growth.
Below is a description of what is expected to fulfill this position:
The core responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service at all times. This position will field all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manor, direct all calls to the proper department as quickly as possible, and assist the sales team with various tasks.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Ø Answering all incoming calls, our goal is zero missed calls.
Ø Applicant must have customer service experience.
Ø Assisting callers and answering questions, or directing calls to the proper department.
Ø Assisting with scheduling tasks as needed by the sales team.
Ø Checking large remodeling house accounts portal notes and delivering to proper department/personnel.
Ø Be the central point of contact for all large remodeling house accounts and make sure all are up to date on open orders.
Ø Assist in entering all new orders into company software, and checking new jobs for accuracy and completeness.
Ø Upload all new contracts and customer drawings into computer system.
Ø Preform all duties within regularly scheduled work day 8:30am – 5:00pm (30 min lunch)

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to multi task and remain organized. Experience in Quickbooks and Excel needed.
