Knight upright piano, also known as a K10, a compact model by this excellent British manufacturer.
This unit was Built in 1963 Serial Number 33810
Knight was one of the most well regarded and respected British piano makers, a popular piano for teachers due to their resilience, incredibly durable build quality and impressive performance.
This Knight model is a compact piano with a full size 88 key keyboard and finished in a natural mahogany case.
The Sound Board is made from genuine Roumanian Spruce, which is the identical material used in the Stradivarius violin.
For the size, this Knight piano has an impressive amount of power in the bass region and a nicely balanced tone with a fluid touch, a very versatile instrument that will give you a little more to grow into than most other compact pianos, a more long term choice than a typical starter piano.
