We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and other shop equipment with Supervisor experiance to manage daily production, and oversee shop operations. You will ensure safety compliance, maintain equipment, and keep production schedules on track.
Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Operation: Setup, program, and operate CNC Router, Bander and End Drill Machine.
• Facility Oversight: Manage daily shop workflows and material required.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Perform and log routine preventative machine maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Guide junior operators and coordinate with the Owner dailyfor production/product needs.
Were a good grop of people to work with. You will be replacing a operator who has been with us for over 10 years and is reloacting for family reasons.
