For sale is my beloved 2012 Vespa GTS 300 Super that I’ve personally owned and babied as the second owner since 2013 (over 12 years). This scooter, initially my daily commuter and now weekend joyride machine — it has never let me down.
Key details:
• Year/Model: 2012 Vespa GTS 300 ie Super
• Mileage: 35,938 miles (yes, really — and it still runs like new)
• Ownership: 2nd owner, in my hands for more than 12 years
• Mechanical condition: EXCELLENT. Starts first touch, idles perfectly, pulls strong through all gears, suspension and brakes feel factory-fresh.
• Service history: Complete and meticulous records from new. All scheduled maintenance done on time or early (belts, rollers, oil, valves, tires, brakes, fluids — everything). Most work done by authorized Vespa/Piaggio dealer in San Diego or certified scooter specialists. I have folders of receipts and a full spreadsheet I’m happy to share.
• Cosmetic condition: Two small cosmetic scratches (each about the thickness/length of 2 fingers) on the right-side legshield from a low-speed tip-over in a parking lot years ago. No cracks, no dents, just paint scratch— purely superficial. The rest of the bodywork and paint is in beautiful shape for the mileage, always garaged and hand-washed.
This is one of the highest-mileage, best-documented GTS 300s you’ll ever find. The 300cc engine is legendary for going 200,000–300,000+ miles when properly cared for, and this one has had nothing but love and ready to ride cross-country tomorrow.
