Looking for a reliable landscaper or yard crew for an initial cleanup plus recurring bi-weekly maintenance. Property has no grass — landscaping is shell and pebble stone throughout.
📋 INITIAL CLEANUP NEEDED:
• Rake and bag all fallen dead leaves, palm fronds, and debris throughout property
• Remove fallen bamboo and dead palm fronds — bag and haul everything away
• Hand-pull weeds throughout all shell/pebble areas
• Apply weed spray treatment to all beds and stone areas
• All debris must be bagged and taken away — no leaving anything on site
🔁 ONGOING BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE (every 2 weeks):
• Blow/rake and bag fallen leaves, palm fronds, and debris
• Weed maintenance throughout shell and pebble areas
• Keep property clean and tidy
• Bag and haul away all debris each visit

Buscamos un jardinero o cuadrilla confiable para una limpieza inicial y mantenimiento regular cada dos semanas. La propiedad no tiene césped — el paisajismo es de piedra y concha en toda la propiedad.
📋 LIMPIEZA INICIAL:
• Rastrillar y embolsar todas las hojas muertas caídas, palmas y escombros en toda la propiedad
• Retirar bambú caído y palmas muertas — embolsar y llevarse todo
• Arrancar malezas a mano en todas las áreas de piedra y concha
• Aplicar tratamiento de herbicida en todos los arriates y áreas de piedra
• Todos los desechos deben ser embolsados y retirados del lugar — no dejar nada en el sitio
🔁 MANTENIMIENTO REGULAR CADA DOS SEMANAS:
• Soplar/rastrillar y embolsar hojas caídas, palmas y escombros
• Mantenimiento de malezas en áreas de piedra y concha
• Mantener la propiedad limpia y ordenada
• Embolsar y retirar todos los desechos en cada visita
