We have 11-12 properties and potentially hundreds of cleans for 2026. I cannot be there to oversee them. I am looking for at least 2 people to help out. Most cleans can be handled by one person. The second person is to inspect after the cleaning to find the missed items, do a maintenance inspection and place out guest supplies (i.e. toilet paper, etc). It MUST be done this way. I AM LOOKING FOR YOU TO COMMIT TO ALL OF THEM. Rental bookings are seasonal and unpredictable and vary throughout the year. It will not be sufficient as a primary source of income. Ideal as extra income if your current schedule can be flexible around same day check in/outs.
Most cleans can be done any time after 10 am and before 4 pm the next day. There are a few that need to be done the same day between 10am-4pm. Please be available for an occasional urgent unscheduled task, such as changing door batteries, or helping in an emergency. Ideally you live within 20 minutes of the IRB area. If you are in Tampa, DT St. Pete or anywhere outside Pinellas this will not be a good fit.
This is ideal for those with their own cleaning business (must have liability insurance or be willing to purchase it) and could use the extra work. I am looking ONLY for those with experience in STR cleaning and who understand what detail cleaning and staging are.
Pay will be a flat rate per unit, 1099. Max profit is achieved by how efficiently you clean and handle laundry. We can discuss this.

I am looking ONLY for those experienced in cleaning vacation rentals and who intend to commit to ALL cleans. You will need a closet or garage area to store supplies. A washer/dryer at home are ideal.
