We are looking for someone who lives in the IRB area or within a few mile drive to help inspect properties in the area. You would be doing a cleaning inspection, placing out guest supplies and checking that everything is in working order before guests arrive. Each check takes less than an hour and many times they are needed on different days. There may occasionally be the need for help with an emergency. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE AREA TO BE CONSIDERED. You must be able to clean what the cleaners may have missed, change light bulbs, change HVAC filters, etc. A cleaning and/or property management background is ideal. Will train the right, detail oriented person. You will need a closet or storage space to keep guest supplies. Pay is $25 per property.
