• Repair handrails, deck boards, and light wood framing
• Basic troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Work comfortably indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications:
• Experience in general maintenance or handyman services
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred
