We are searching for an experienced cleaner to join our team. (part time)
We are currently looking to fill a position 2 mornings per week (Monday & Thursday), approx. 2 hours each day (before noon)

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria...
Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
Be able to pass a criminal background check. Drug free...
Must be comfortable speaking with clients, if needed.
Self starter, who takes pride in their work.
Reliable.
Team player (willing to cover another building/route if needed).
Possess a smart phone.
Able to communicate with clients in an effective, polite manner.
Looking for pleasant individuals with positive attitudes.
Job duties will include cleaning condominium common areas. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to cleaning & sanitizing railings, removing cobwebs, dusting light fixtures, cleaning tables and chairs in pool area, policing the parking garage for trash, cleaning trash hopper and sweeping dumpster area, vacuuming mats, blowing out hallways & stairwells, mopping floors & cleaning small lobby area etc
Payroll is twice per month on the 16th and the first day of the month.
