The box has been opened but the Towel bar has not been used or installed. It is in new condition with no scratches, scrapes, or nicks.
The design looks fantastic. As the box text mentions this is meant to be used as a towel bar and/or an assist bar. The bar is fairly heavy which reinforces its 300 lb. rating.
All of the required mounting hardware is also included in the box. The bar dimensions can be seen in the last image.
