Looking for annual 2 bdrm on ocean but can be on bay within walking distance to ocean/beach.
(At the least six months and a day so do not have to pay taxes or look during snowbird season)

Yes Boca Vista walls are like paper thin. Never heard anything at the Ultimar II or Villas in Madeira or Redington duplex in 19 years. But, this place is horrible as far as hearing every single noise 24/7. Otherwise be just the ticket

Lease ended 8-16 and I've been doing month to month as they don't want me to leave. Therefore I needed to confirm before Sept 13 please or it will have to be Out 15 move in date.
