This 17" Bilt Hard battery-powered lawnmower isn't working any more. I don't know why. When I try to start it, it sputters but does not start. I know the problem is not with the batteries because I am now using those batteries in a new mower that I got to replace this one. I am selling it without the batteries. The grass clipping bag, which I have never used, is included.
