Due to our expansive growth, we are seeking a person for our customer service role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
Navigating company database
Working in Outlook
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center type environment .
Ability to respectfully handle irate customers
Experience in an energy company preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Basic computing skills
Ability to multi task
Ability to work independently
