Customer Service and Sales

Our customers are the most important part of our business, which is why we’re looking for customer service professionals that enjoy working with people and can provide the best experience possible. We are currently hiring for a customer service sales rep to assist our client relations and sales department on behalf of Express Glass. Our purpose as a company is to provide opportunity to every employee. How we can provide opportunities is to take care of our clients and continue to help them grow while allowing us to expand with them. Our customer service sales reps are responsible for acting as a middleman from the clients to their customers.

Customer service sales reps are responsible for:

Interacting with customers by meeting 1 on 1
Informing the customers about new promotions and services they are eligible for
Answering any product based questions or inquires
Providing a great customer experience
Managing a list of clients they visit daily
Tracking performance of their sales and leads
Following up with customers after an appointment is set
These are some basic responsibilities a customer service sales rep handles day to day, but we also offers a comprehensive training program for management where we will cross train employees for areas of management in human resources, recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations. We base all promotions on merit, not how long someone works at the company. This allows for everyone to advance based on them.
