We are looking for a highly organized Dispatch / Scheduling Coordinator to help manage technician schedules and coordinate service jobs nationwide.
This is a fast-paced operations role where you will be communicating with technicians, property managers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
If you enjoy logistics, problem-solving, and keeping multiple moving parts organized, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule gutter cleaning projects nationwide
• Coordinate directly with technicians to confirm availability and job details
• Communicate with property managers before and after scheduling
• Track job progress and follow up to ensure completion
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes and conflicts
• Maintain accurate notes in scheduling and CRM systems
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or service coordination
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, or field service is a big plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and tasks at once
• Strong communication skills
Pay & Schedule
$24 – $29 per hour depending on experience
Performance bonuses based on delivery targets
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In-office role in Clearwater
This role requires someone who can handle high volume, multiple systems, and constant communication without losing attention to detail.
