I am looking for someone who is an expert on airbnb and other short-term rental sites, and can post my condo for rental, and maintain the posting. Additional jobs may include handyman and cleaning as appropriate. I need the person on an ongoing basis - probably in blocks of 2 to 4 hours at a time, and average of about 5-7 hours a week though it will be variable. I am willing to pay up to $40 per hour (hourly only). There is parking under the building.
