Operations Executive (Clearwater, FL)

compensation: Up to 65k a year to start, depending on experience.

We are aggressively seeking an experienced operations executive who can manage field technicians and scheduling in multiple states. You have to be able to hit the ground running and know how to take control day one and show immediate successes in organization and process structure.

Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration

Get involved in long-term business planning at the managerial and executive level

Work with project managers to develop budgets for special programs

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)

10+ years’ experience in a leadership role

Must have extremely strong analytical and financial job costing experience

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Effective decision-making skills

Experience with developing budgets and meeting productivity and budgetary guidelines

Must have expert level Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills including formulas and (vlookup - this is a strong requirement and you will be tested on it during the interview process)

Must live in Clearwater, FL area or willing to self-relocate

Must have experience in managing field technicians in multiple states

Must have heavy experience in scheduling multi-state daily activity

This is a roll your sleeves up and get down and dirty type of job. It is not a technology-driven position or environment

This is not a job for experience in manufacturing, trucking routes or distributions centers and not looking for business development or career sales folks, need a true DOO, COO, CFO aspired professional with skills and time available to get the job done and get it running smoothly
