The pants have been worn maybe one time if that, they are like new. The color is bright yellow for high visibility. Made out of 100% nylon lining material. The outside is Infused Nylon and PVC coated. The closures for the elastic shoulder straps are plastic clips. They clip together tightly and hold well. There is also a big front pocket and adjustable straps on the end of the legs. The size is M.
