Hi Tide 9,000 lb aluminum boat lift, top winder beams are 12'6" and have cable winder guides, winder pipe is on top which is stronger vs other styles hanging below on bolts, bottom cradle bunk beams are also 12"6", complete set up (except not the pilings), fully operational, purchase price includes being dismantled by Satriano Marine and placed on dock, lift can easily be transported with UHaul 6x12 trailer ($40) or pick up truck
