Business Investors / Partner - $75,000 (Panama City Beach)

I owned one in Myrtle Beach for 12yrs+ that I sold in 2024, and is running strong. Basically we'll cover the Panama City Beach area to Destin Beach. So what we do is rent out cribs, strollers, highchairs, beach chairs, coolers etc. to tourist on vacation. We delivery to their location they'll be staying, and pick it up when they leave. This is a very profitable business but it's seasonal. Generally season runs March through September with earnings from $85,000 to $110,000+ annually. A crib weekly rental runs $135 weekly, now in Myrtle Beach I was renting 30 to 40 cribs weekly, which is $3,000 to $5,000+ just off cribs weekly. Then you can add on weekly highchairs, pack & plays, beach tents, etc. It adds up quick. So basically I'm looking for a business partner/investor at 30/70 split. You're looking at 3 to 4 years to make your investment back.
I'm looking for the right investor/partner to grow with in the Panama City Beach area, then move into another tourist area like Tampa.
