Pine Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park is undergoing a beautification update! This all age community has easy access to Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.
We have RV pads for rent at $700 per month when paid on the first of the month plus water, sewer, $50.00 per person per month $10 trash flat per lot. One of the available spaces will allow for an RV up to 40 feet.
To qualify, you must make at least 2.5x the monthly rent with pay stubs as proof, a clean background check, and no evictions (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis).
First month, security deposit plus last month's rent required upon signing lease.
We provide a one year lease that has the option to renew. Most of our tenants have been with us for more than 15 years!
