Pine Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park is undergoing a beautification update! This all age community has easy access to Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.
Spaces will allow for an RV up to 40 feet. We provide a one year lease that has the option to renew.
RV pads for rent at $700 per month when paid on the first of the month plus water, sewer, $50.00 per person per month $10 trash flat per lot. $650 security deposit plus last month's rent required upon signing lease.
Qualifications: 2.5x the monthly rent with pay stubs as proof, a clean background check, and no evictions (exceptions can be made on a case by case basis).
