💰 THE COMPENSATION

• High Earning Rates: Average $1,400-$1,600 per install (Most jobs take 6–8 hours).

• Fast Payouts: Get paid upon each pool installation completion.

🚜 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need established crews who own or rent their equipment and have professional-grade grading experience.

• Required Experience: Professional site-leveling (Transit/Laser level experience is a MUST). If you can grade, we will train you on the pool assembly.

• Equipment: Must have access to a full-size truck, residential Bobcat or front loader, transit/laser level, and standard hand tools.

• The Crew: You must have at least one reliable helper/crew member.

• Credentials: Valid driver’s license and insurance.
