Now hiring a Pool Construction Apprentice for a growing swimming pool construction company.
No previous pool construction experience required. We are willing to train the right motivated individual who wants to learn the trade and grow long-term with the company.
This position is ideal for someone with experience or interest in:
Construction

Equipment and systems
Tile, coping, pavers, and general construction aesthetics
What You Will Learn
Pool construction from start to finish
Plumbing and hydraulic systems
Equipment installation and water flow systems
Excavation layouts and elevations
Tile, coping, decking, and paver installation
Construction scheduling and jobsite procedures
Quality control and project coordination
Requirements
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat
Dependable and motivated attitude
Basic construction knowledge preferred
Ability to work with crews and supervisors
Comfortable using phones, apps, Excel, or construction software systems
