Lead Electrician (Working Lead):
Run jobs while performing electrical work, reading blueprints, preplanning and coordinating with other trades, ensuring code compliance, troubleshooting, and leading helpers and apprentices. Must be experienced, reliable, and able to work alongside the crew.
Electrical Helper / Assistant / Apprentice:
Assist electricians with installations, material handling, and job site tasks while learning tools, materials, and safety procedures. Experience preferred.
Shop Help (Unique Role):
Keep the shop and warehouse organized, stage and deliver materials to job sites, load and unload tools and equipment, and pick up supplies from distributors. Janitorial duties. May include basic vehicle checks and occasional operation of trucks or equipment. Great for someone dependable who can handle a variety of tasks.
