Real Estate Brokers interested in working with a new Real Estate Agent. Please send your Brokerage information. Embarking on becoming a licensed agent and would like to work with a mentoring agency. Will be applying within the next 2 months. I have been a licensed salesperson, in Pennsylvania. Owned a rental company in Pennsylvania. Own and reside property in Pasco County and looking to build a new relationship with an experienced Florida Broker. I'm already aware of procedures of buying/selling/leasing. I've been doing it professionally, since 2017. After selling some Pennsylvania properties, closed business, and have been driving commercially for the most recent 3 years, of my career. I went to CDL and Heavy Equipment Operating School and have a Class A, fully endorsed. Now, I'm pursuing my Florida agent license and putting my CDL to the side, and want to learn, and live through real estate, particularly as a property manager or assistant property manager. Whether your position requires a license or not, I'm pursuing my license to maintain continuing education, uphold professional values, and provide services confidently to buyers, sellers, tenants, and owners. I also have a property for sale or lease I could have you look at and give me advice right away. I own it, and have multiple routes to option, as it's vacant and ready to be built on, turnkey! Can be sold as is, developed with site plan for hold and office use, providing an additional location to serve Tampa Bay area. Land lease available. Want a mentoring Broker for my next moves and can provide you experience already. Please let me know if you're interested in working alongside a manager type of agent, not really a complete newbie.
