Short and sweet:

I have a CRC (Certified Residential Contractor) and can build up to 2 stories.

I grew up building custom homes (about 6 years) and have been in roofing + construction sales for the last 8-9 years.

Looking to build some homes or partner with and possibly even qualify a business.

I have many skills from business school, marketing, contract writing, project management.

I can provide a lot of value. I am open to buying into a business if needed.

The builder I worked for passed away many years ago.

I live in Apollo Beach currently.
