Greetings, I am a recent retiree and vet with over 30 years of government service and an extensive background as an executive assistant. I am looking for something part time with versatility and flexibility being a plus.
I am throughly skilled in the following and also open to learning new skills as needed:
Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Organization and scheduling
Excellent written and verbal communication
Expert customer service and telephone etiquette
Ordering and reconciling accounts for supplies
In addition, I have experience with event planning and set up as well. In the right situation, I would be open to some light cleaning as well as running errands and shopping. I have a proven track record of anticipating my employer’s needs and needing very little supervision once we establish a rapport. I am trustworthy, easy going, positive, respectful and hard working. I would be equally comfortable in a corporate setting or something a little less formal and would bring the same level of professionalism to both.
