We are looking for newly licensed (training provided) or experienced professionals who are driven, dynamic, thrive working independently but within a team, and enjoy a fast-paced and growth-oriented atmosphere.
WE ARE LOCATED IN 10 DIFFERNT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE TAMPA BAY AREA
• Demonstrate mastery of essential sales and Real Estate knowledge
• Win new clients by prospecting, attending appointments/consultations and convert into sales
• Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships and proactively communicate with clients
• Conduct market analysis, explain market conditions and general real estate procedures to prospective clients
• Compose and negotiate offers, successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing
• MUST HAVE an active Real Estate license in the State of Florida
• Full-time availability (No Part-time)
• Florida Real Estate Association membership / MLS access

• You can't stand to leave things undone and follow up on your phone calls and emails quickly
• You know how to have fun and enjoy working in a supportive and high achieving work environment
Bonuses (not required):
• 1 - 2 year of Real Estate/sales experience
• Displays business acumen skills
• Always exhibits a positive attitude and enjoys networking and cultivating a good rapport with clients and team members
• Highly motivated and target driven with a desire of meeting ambitious goals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to quickly adapt to changing situations on multiple levels
• Exceptional perceptual skills, able to read the room and adapt your communication style to help clients feel comfortable and understood
• Exceptional listening and phone communication skills within willingness to retain and apply scripts
• Written and verbal communication skills with a friendly focus on customer service
• Willingness to learn, adapt and retain the team and brokerage process, systems and technologies
• Willing to work at a fast pace and full time. Often including business days, nights, weekends and varying hours
• Strong organizational and time blocking skills
• Fast-learner, resourceful, detail-oriented
• Enjoys challenges and negotiating
