Local company seeking long term employee to join our team. Office Manager/Accounting position with chance to advance to higher position based on performance. Accounting Experience (Percentage Completion Basis) and Construction Experience a MUST.
Accounting Experience:
Accounts Payable and Receivable. Bank Account Daily Analysis, Deposits and Reconciliation. Cash Flow. Credit Card Reconciliation. Billing and Collections. Weekly Payroll. Journal Entries. Monthly Financial Statement Analysis and Production. General Ledger Analysis. Year End Tax Planning and Reconciliation with CPA.
Construction Experience:
Cost Accounting-JOB COSTING. Work In Progress Schedules. AIA Billing. Notice to Owner. Notice of Commencement. Permitting. Dynamics or similar type construction software. Certificate of Insurance and Lien Knowledge. Notary a plus.
This is a full time position (40+ hours per week). Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM. MUST have reliable transportation and be able to be in office EVERYDAY. There is NO REMOTE WORK. Drug testing and back ground check required. References requested.
