Bay INN , at 2307 E Busch Blvd Tampa FL 33612, is looking to hire Front office Agent(Fulltime or Part time) for our hotel. Candidate should be flexible to work either morning 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, evening 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or night shifts 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Some of the duties include Checking in guest, checking out guest, taking guest complain, Creating housekeeping list for the day. answering hotel phone, Co ordinating with maintenance and house keepers throughout the work shift, Checking on rooms as and when needed. Assigning rooms to new arrivals, making new reservation. Keeping the front office area clean.
Training will be provided.
Preferred experience in customer service and handling guest complaints.
