I own a small security camera installation company based in Wimauma, FL, and I am seeking an experienced independent contractor with a low-voltage background to join my team. This role involves installing surveillance camera systems throughout Hillsborough County and the surrounding areas. Qualified candidates must live within close proximity to Wimauma and have prior, hands-on experience installing security camera systems. Required skills include, but not limited to: terminating Cat6 cables, configuring NVRs/DVRs, and running cabling through attics. Applicants must also have their own basic tools (impact drill, wire cutters, termination tools) and reliable transportation. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with the possibility of a higher rate based on demonstrated skill and experience. This position averages 20–30 hours per week and is intended to be long-term, with the potential for full-time hours based on performance and work ethic. I am not seeking someone for short-term or one-day work. Please note: I am only looking for individuals who already have experience in this field.
